Roles & Responsibilities
● Automate builds, develop and Integrate new tools to support continuous integration and reporting across projects
● Implement automated/continuous build, deploy, and release processes in the CI/CD pipeline using integrated tools like GIT, Jenkins, Nexus/Artifactory/Harbor,
etc.
● Manage EKS cluster day - 1 operation’s
● Should have experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
● Cloud hosting experience (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Azure)
● Manage build environment, and software releases for various product branches on a daily,weekly, and scheduled basis.
● Define, maintain, and manage the software configuration management and deployment processes for all products in the Division Any IAC tool like: - Terraform, puppet, ansible
● Supporting the development team with resolving CI/CD related issues, integrating Artifact, and VM infrastructure needs.
● Proficient in open source technologies and tools to support dev-ops role
● Hands-on coding experience in any scripting language: - PowerShell/Perl/Python Scripting
● Must have knowledge in Windows and Linux Administration.
Desired Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with 1-3 years of professional experience as DevOps Engineer.
● Linux & AWS Cloud
● IAM & AWS Organizations
● VPC, Subnets & Peering
● EC2, Lambda, Elasticsearch Service, Route53, ACM
● CloudFormation
● EKS & MSK is an add on.
● Thorough knowledge on DevOps life cycle & one tool from each stage.
● Docker & Kubernetes is a plus
● Shell or Python scripting preferred
● SCM tools like GitHub or Bitbucket
● Jira for Software development and workflow automation
● Enthusiasm to learn new technology tools in less time.
